摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 60 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal pain and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in children with rotavirus enteritis can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.关键词
