摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Tancheng County First People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group(n=40,routine nursing)and the study group(n=40,evidence-based nursing).The mental health,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of mental health and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The compliance score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage can adjust the mental state,improve their quality of life and compliance.关键词
