Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health guidance combined with psychological nursing in patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with vaginitis treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random lottery method.The reference group(n=35)was given routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=35)was given health guidance combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease-related knowledge and vaginal health of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The medication and review total compliance rate and the improvement rate of bad living habits in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health guidance combined with psychological nursing in patients with vaginitis can improve the quality of life,mastery of disease-related knowledge,vaginal health status,adjust psychological state,improve bad living habits and compliance.关键词
