摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of children with bronchitis.Methods Forty children with bronchitis admitted to the Qingdao West Coast Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.All of them were treated with routine atomization inhalation,the control group was given with routine nursing,the experimental group was given with holistic nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The respiratory tract patency time,cough disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree and anxiety struggle score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing has a good application effect in the nursing of children with bronchitis,which can shorten the time of respiratory tract patency,cough disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time,improve the degree of cooperation,and reduce anxiety and struggle.关键词
