摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized psychological nursing in children with acute suppurative appendicitis during perioperative period.Methods Seventy-eight children with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted to Yantaishan Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=39)received traditional nursing,and the observation group(n=39)received individualized psychological nursing.The postoperative indexes,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first out-of-bed activity,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative cortisol,norepinephrine and adrenocorticotropic hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized psychological nursing in the perioperative period of children with acute suppurative appendicitis can promote postoperative rehabilitation and reduce stress response.关键词
