Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in surgical nursing of children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 100 children with congenital heart disease admitted to Zhangjiawa Street Community Health Service Center in Laiwu District of Jinan City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received detailed nursing.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detailed nursing in surgical nursing of children with congenital heart disease is better,which can reduce complications,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and thereby improve nursing level.It is worth of reference and application in clinical practice.关键词
