Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in puerperas undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 puerperas undergoing cesarean section in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the puerperas were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given refined nursing on the basis of the control group.The postpartum recovery,mental state and incidence of infection of incision were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time,getting out of bed activity time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection of incision in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined nursing in puerperas undergoing cesarean section is better,which can promote postpartum recovery,improve the mental state of puerperas,and reduce the incision infection rate.关键词
