Abstract
Objective To analyze the psychological vulnerability status and influencing factors of parents of children with language function lag.Methods A total of 116 parents of children with language function lag in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.The psychological vulnerability status of parents was investigated and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Parents aged from 23 to 46 years old,with an average age of(30.57±7.35)years.The parental psychological vulnerability scale score was(13.62±3.55)points,and the intolerance of uncertainty scale score was(37.82±8.46)points.There was a positive correlation between the parental psychological vulnerability scale score and the intolerance of uncertainty scale score(r=0.420,P=0.005).Parents'age,family income per capita,type of insurance for children,education level and intolerance of uncertainty scale score were the influencing factors of psychological vulnerability(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that young parents,low per capita family income,self-funded insurance type,low education level,and high score of intolerant uncertainty scale were risk factors for psychological vulnerability of parents(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological vulnerability of parents of children with language function lag is significant.Parents'age,family per capita income,type of insurance,education level and intolerability uncertainty scale score are the influencing factors of psychological vulnerability.关键词
