促性腺释放激素激动剂联合补肾活血散瘀汤治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果
Clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with Bushen Huoxue Sanyu Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with Bushen Huoxue Sanyu Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 44 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis from 6 hospitals of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Liyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine,Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Zhenjiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2018 to 2022 were selected and divided into three groups according to random envelope method.Group A was given gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(15 cases),group B was given Bushen Huoxue Sanyu Decoction(21 cases),group C was given gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with Bushen Huoxue Sanyu Decoction(8 cases).Excluding shedding cases,the final included cases were 14 cases in group A,19 cases in group B and 7 cases in group C.The uterine volume,dysmenorrhea score,menstrual volume score and kidney deficiency lumbago score of all groups were compared.Results After treatment,the uterine volume of the three groups was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine volume among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,dysmenorrhea score in group C was lower than that in groups A and B(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of menstrual volume in group C was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of kidney deficiency lumbago in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).No abnormal clinical test indexes(blood routine,biochemistry,urine routine)and related adverse drug reactions were found in the three groups.Conclusion Gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with Bushen Huoxue Sanyu Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis can reduce uterine volume,improve dysmenorrhea,kidney deficiency lumbago symptoms,reduce menstrual volume,and have safety,which can be widely used.关键词
