Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levothyroxine inhibition therapy in the treatment of female Hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods A total of 60 female patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis admitted to Dongguo Central Health Center of Tengzhou City from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to the coin throwing method.The reference group was treated with Thyroid Tablets,and the study group was treated with levothyroxine inhibition therapy.The levels of thyroid autoantibodies,thyroid function indexes and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of anti-thyroglobulin antibody and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,all thyroid function indexes in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine inhibition therapy is effective in the treatment of female Hashimoto thyroiditis,which can improve the levels of thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function indexes with safety,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
