Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of female chronic gastritis complicated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 54 female patients with chronic gastritis complicated with Hp infection admitted to Lichuan Ethnic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group.The syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of female chronic gastritis complicated with Hp infection is exact,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
