Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration in the treatment of infraocclusion reconstruction in women.Methods A total of 96 female patients who received infraocclusion reconstruction therapy in Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was given fixed denture restoration,and the observation group was given fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration.The mastication rate,occlusal function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mastication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occlusal function of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration in the treatment of infraocclusion reconstruction in women is accurate,which can improve the mastication rate and occlusal function of patients,reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
