摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of personalized intervention on the development of physical, mental and neuromotor function in preterm infants. Methods A total of 84 preterm infants born in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional intervention, and the observation group was given personalized intervention. The physical development, mental development and neuromotor development of the two groups were compared. Results The infants in the observation group exhibited enhanced growth parameters, with significant improvements in body length, weight, and head circumference at both the 6-month and 12-month mark post birth,as compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group demonstrated superior developmental scores across all assessed domains of the Gesell developmental schedules at 6 and 12 months of age, indicating a higher level of cognitive and neuromotor functioning than the control group(P<0.05).The mental developmental index and psychomotor developmental index in the observation group at the age of 6 and 12 months were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized intervention can promote the development of physical, mental and neuromotor function in preterm infants, which is worth popularizing.关键词
