Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Xiao'er Resuqing Granules in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 66 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in the Department of Pediatrics,People's Hospital of Pingyi County from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy combined with Xiao'er Resuqing Granules.The overall treatment effective rate,symptom relief time and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The overall treatment effective rate in the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 69.70%in the control group(P<0.05).The stopping time of runny nose,the onset time of antipyretic effect,the complete antipyretic time and disappearance time of sore throat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Resuqing Granules treating children with acute upper respiratory tract infection has significant effect,which can relieve symptoms and has few adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.关键词
