摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiao'er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 80 children with upper respiratory tract infection in Department of Pediatrics,Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone Fulaishan Community Health Service Center from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received antiviral therapy,and the observation group received Xiao'er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy.The symptom scores and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores,levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children has remarkable clinical effect,which can relieve symptoms and reduce inflammation reaction,and is worth promoting.关键词
