摘要

Abstract

The selection of the slit width of the slotted screen tube will have a significant impact on the sand control effect,and most of it is based on empirical formulas.The influences of different factors on the sand control performance of slotted screen tubes are studied using the CFD-DEMcoupling method,and the order of the influence degrees of the factors on the performance indicators of the screen tubes is determined through orthogonal experiments.A regression equation was established for the sand control performance of the screen tube,and the optimal selection method for the slot width of the slotted screen tube was obtained.The results show that the main factor affecting the flow performance and sand blocking performance of slotted screen tubes is the slot width,and the anti-plugging performance of screen tubes is mainly affected by fluid viscosity;The optimal slot width obtained using the slot width optimization model is superior to the slot width obtained based on empirical formulas in terms of overall sand control performance.The research results can provide ref-erence and guidance for predicting the sand control performance of oil and gas wells under specific reservoir conditions and optimizing the accuracy of sand control media.
