How to Reproduce Local Characteristics:Self-Organizing Practices and Inspirations of the"Glass and Aluminum Products Producers"in Jianli County,Hubei Province
摘要
Abstract
"Glass and Aluminum Products Producers",is a local group in vast China,which is a microcosm of local reproduction achieved through participation in modern market practices from bottom to top.The self-organizing practice of the"Glass and Aluminum Products Producers"shows that traditional social network cultures and social value orienta-tions,such as family economic traditions,local social relationship networks,and folk apprenticeship systems,exhibit strong creativity and constructiveness in the changes of time and space.After the"Glass and Aluminum Products Produc-ers"is integrated into the modern market and modernization process in the form of"home","group","township"etc.,lo-cality and modernity achieve a new integration,and thus locality can be reconstructed and reproduced.Chinese traditional locality has social and cultural genes and abilities that are integrated with modernity.关键词
