摘要

Abstract

With the development of wireless communication technology,more and more wireless terminals will be connected to com-munication systems,which brings a lot of pressure on service bearers and signal transmission.Specially,received signals and spectral ef-ficiency of the system have heavily degraded under the case of serious obstacle blockage and strong channel fading.To this end,Recon-figurable Intelligent Surface(RIS),as a promising candidate technology of 6G,has been proposed in recent years.RIS can actively change channel quality by means of electromagnetic modulation to solve some practical problems in wireless communication systems,e.g.,limited spectral efficiency,signal blindness and obstacle communication.As a result,a survey on network structures in RIS-aided communication systems is studied in this paper.Firstly,the basic concept of RIS is introduced,and three basic network architectures are also analyzed.Then,network structures of RIS-aided communication systems are categorized according to different signal transmission types and radio environments.Finally,challenges and trends of network structures are presented,which provides help for performance a-nalysis,resource allocation,RIS deployment in RIS-aided communication systems.
