Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of high-quality nursing in the care of cervical cancer patients.Methods A comparative experiment was conducted on 160 cervical cancer patients who met the standards and were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.Clinical data of each patient was collected by reviewing the patient's medical records,laboratory and auxiliary examinations.Random number table method was used to divide them into a control group(80 cases)and an experimental group(80 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received high-quality nursing intervention,Compare and analyze the effects of two different nursing interventions.Results The operation time of the two groups of cervical cancer patients was similar.The first exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed and the hospital stay of the test group were lower than those of the control group.The total incidence of urinary retention,lower limb deep vein thrombosis,incision infection complications was lower than that of the control group.The SAS score and depression SDS score after nursing were lower than those of the control group.The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life after nursing were higher than those of the control group,There was a significant difference in statistical data between the two groups of cervical cancer patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing in the care of cervical cancer patients is significantly better than conventional nursing.The clinical recovery indicators of cervical cancer patients are significantly improved under high-quality nursing.Therefore,high-quality nursing has more clinical guidance,application,and promotion value in the care of cervical cancer patients.关键词
