Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of family participatory nursing+humanistic care model on psychological stress of patients after artificial abortion.Methods 158 patients who plan to undergo artificial abortion in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the dice rolling method,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was treated with humanistic care mode,while the observation group was treated with family participation nursing.The postoperative psychological stress and pain status of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared,P＞0.50;after intervention,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05;compared with the two groups,the proportion of pain level 0 in the observation group was higher,and the proportion of pain level Ⅱ was lower,P＜0.05;compared with the proportion of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ in the two groups,P＞0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing artificial abortion,adopting a family participation nursing+humanistic care model can reduce psychological stress and pain levels.关键词
