Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of patient-centered standardized triage process in fever clinic.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,the standardized patient-centered triage process was implemented.100 patients selected before the implementation were used as the control group,and 100 patients selected after the implementation were used as the observation group.The patient's visit and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation.Results The waiting time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the proportion of appointment registration and the proportion of successful treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The standardized patient-centered triage process has a good effect in the fever clinic,which can improve the treatment situation and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
