化学团聚耦合低温省煤器强化除尘协同脱硫废水零排放试验研究
Experimental Study on Chemical Agglomeration Coupled With Low Temperature Economizer to Enhance Dedusting and Zero Discharge Desulfurization Wastewater

Abstract
Fine particles from coal combustion and desulfurization wastewater from flue gas desulfurization are the difficulties in pollution control of coal-fired power plants.This paper proposes a treatment process,which combines chemical agglomeration with low-temperature economizer to enhance dust removal and cooperates to achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater.Water or desulfurization wastewater added with agglomerating agent is sprayed into the flue in front of low-temperature economizer through double fluid atomization.Fine particles agglomerate and grow up under the action of the liquid bridge force of the chemical agglomeration agent.After the water evaporates in the flue,the liquid bridge force is converted into the solid bridge force,and the fine particles change into large aggregates.Coupled with the low temperature economizer,the electrostatic precipitator can promote the removal efficiency of fine particles.The demonstration test results show that the dust emission concentration can be reduced by 63.1%by running chemical agglomeration system,and the average dust emission concentration within 168 h is 2.66 mg/m3.Based on the operation data,the agglomeration agent injection rate and circulating water flow rate of low-temperature economizer are optimized.Continuous injection of desulfurization wastewater has little impact on the enhanced dust removal effect.The ultra-low discharge and zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater are realized.关键词
