摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of three-dimensional CT vascular imaging of the head and neck region(threed imensional-computer tomography angiography,3D-CTA)combined with digital subtraction angiography(Digital subtraction angiography,DSA)in neurointerventional surgery.Methods Confirmed patients were included and treated at 2021.7-2023.7,grouped according to imaging methods,control group(n=32):3D-CTA of head and neck,observation group(n=32)+DSA,comparative image quality,diagnostic index and complication rate.Results In the observation group,the scores of tumor morphology,three-dimensional relationship of tumor,tumor smoothness and vascular display grade were higher,the dose of contrast agent was lower,and the incidence of complications was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D-CTA and DSA in head and neck can improve the image quality of neurointerventional surgery,but also reduce the amount of contrast agent,with a good effect on preventing complications,and can be promoted.关键词
