Abstract
This paper conducts research on all inspection businesses involved in the manufacturing process of nuclear fuel element,including incoming inspection,online inspection,laboratory inspection,outsourcing inspection,and customized inspection.Combining advanced management technology and database technology,a set of inspection information management platform is constructed,achieving the system and deep integration of production manufacturing,inspection analysis,and quality management.The product inspection information management platform designs data collection,result judgment,quality release,and statistical analysis functions for various inspection items.While ensuring timely,accurate,and complete product inspection information,it greatly improves personnel operation efficiency and quality management depth,achieving process traceability and quality control throughout the entire process of nuclear fuel element manufacturing.关键词
