摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis was a common metabolic disease that leads to decreased bone mineral density and increased fracture risk.Exosomes were lipid bilayer vesicles secreted by cells,which contain a variety of components such as proteins,lipids,and non-coding RNA.More and more studies have shown that non-coding RNAs play an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Non-coding RNAs in exosomes,including miRNA,lncRNA,and circRNA,have been confirmed to play regulatory roles in the formation,proliferation,differentiation,and maturation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.This article reviews the research progress of exosomal non-coding RNA in osteoporosis and provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and the application of exosomes in the treatment of clinical osteoporosis.关键词
