Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the criteria for good cadres in the new era has been put forward clearly and has repeatedly put forward specific requirements for the ability and quality of cadres.In order to implement the important discourse spirit of Xi Jinping,various regions have deeply studied and implemented his important instructions and the relevant work deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee,combined with the actual construction of their respective cadre teams,explored the construction of a framework for ability and quality of good cadre in the new era,and formed practices and experiences that can be used for reference.In October 2020,S City conducted a special survey on cadre work,conducting a comprehensive,multi-level,and multi-dimensional survey on over 4000 cadres throughout the city.From this survey,469 outstanding cadres from various fields were selected,and their relevant information was analyzed.Based on this,the basic framework for and main content of the ability and quality of good cadres in the new era were attempted to be constructed,so as to provide empirical and experiential references for relevant departments at all levels and regions to better implement the criteria for good cadres in the new era.关键词
