Abstract
Adequate industrial talent reserves are a key element for China to implement the digital strategy of the cultural industry and promote the high-quality development of the digital cultural industry.The industrial chain of digital culture industry has a wide span and multiple processes,including creation,production,dissemination,and consumption.Each link also has different requirements for talent quality,and the demand for talent presents a comprehensive and multi-domain characteristic.The current talent cultivation work in China's digital culture industry has achieved some results,but there are still urgent problems that need to be solved,such as low matching of talent skills with enterprise needs,lack of talent standard system,and unbalanced talent cultivation among regions.In talent cultivation work,the government,enterprises,schools,the general public,and various types of talents should work together to improve talent cultivation,mobility and incentive mechanisms,and promote the upgrading of the digital culture industry through the joint efforts of multiple parties.关键词
