当代大学生工匠精神认知现状与培育路径调查研究
Survey and Research on Cognitive Status and Cultivation Path of Craftsmanship Spirit among Contemporary College Students

Abstract
Craftsmanship spirit is the support of and key to China's transition from a bit manufacturing country to a manufacturing powerhouse,and is also an indispensable spiritual quality for contemporary college and university students.As found through a survey and analysis of 1028 students from 5 ordinary undergraduate colleges and 8 vocational colleges in Hebei Province,college and university students have a high sense of identification with carrying forward and cultivating the craftsmanship spirit;most schools are able to integrate the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the education and teaching system.However,at present,there are still problems such as incomplete understanding of the connotation of craftsmanship spirit among college and university students,relatively single training model for craftsmanship spirit in colleges and universities,and slightly lower average understanding of craftsmanship spirit among undergraduate students than vocational college students.Vocational colleges place more emphasis on cultivating the craftsmanship spirit than ordinary undergraduate colleges.To enhance the craftsmanship spirit of contemporary college and university students,it is necessary to leverage the collaborative role of government,society,schools,enterprises,families,and individual responsibility entities from four levels,i.e.,"cognitive enhancement of craftsmanship spirit","cultivation of craftsmanship spirit","craftsmanship spirit and career guidance",and"extension of craftsmanship spirit from campus to enterprise",so as to form a mechanism for cultivating craftsmanship spirit and improve the cultivation system of craftsmanship spirit.关键词
