Abstract

Human resource service industrial parks are an important spatial carrier for gathering the human resource service industry,and play an important role in achieving high-quality employment and forming local new economic growth points.In order to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of the human resource service industrial parks,based on on-site survey on some representative parks in Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Jinhua and other cities in Zhejiang Province,the construction paths for the human resource service industrial parks in Zhejiang Province are analyzed and summarized,mainly including improving park supporting facilities,strengthening policy support,focusing on fine management,smoothing internal and external circulation,and accelerating digital empowerment.However,the development of the human resource service industrial parks also faces problems such as unreasonable enterprise hierarchical structure,insufficient diversity of enterprise formats,need to improve talent support,insufficient available space of parks,and need to break through homogeneous competition in parks.To further enhance the professional and standardized level of services provided by human resource service industrial parks,it is necessary to create a gradient cultivation system for enterprises,build a new diversified service system,promote the improvement of talent team quality and efficiency,expand the development carrying space of parks,build a enterprise linkage development network,and strengthen the service level of human resource service industrial parks.
