Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground of the "Trinity" System of Education,Technology and Talent in the Chinese Path to Modernization

Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)for the first time strategically coordinates and integrates education,technology and talent,placing them within the framework of the Chinese path to modernization.It emphasizes the"fundamental and strategic support"functions,constituting a new judgment of the"trinity"system.The historical exploration can be divided into four stages:the initial emergence serving the revolution,the preliminary formation of coordinated and integrated development through one-dimensional linear impact,and the formal establishment of innovative connections.This process reflects the accurate assessment and scientific adjustment of the three tasks by the CPC.Upholding fundamental principles of the"trinity"system of education,technology and talent implies upholding the direction of unity between party loyalty and people's interests,upholding the sinicization and modernization of Marxist thoughts on education,technology and talent,and upholding the the roots of excellent traditional Chinese culture.In the context of the realistic logic of the Chinese path to modernization,it becomes more strategic and systematic in the understanding of the"trinity"system in that education is the premise and foundation,ensuring solidity,technology is the support and driving force,increasing coordination,talent is the subject and goal,maintaining continuity,and innovation is the connecting point,ensuring smoothness.The"trinity"system of education,technology and talent complies with Marxist methodology and"adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times".It embodies the dialectical unity of"upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground",promotes the construction of an education power,a science and technology power,and a talent power,and unleashes the collective force to advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through the Chinese path to modernization.关键词
