冠状动脉旁路移植术患者围手术期照顾者照护体验与需求的质性研究
A qualitative study of the perioperative caregivers'care experience and needs in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the care experience and needs of coronary artery bypass transplantation(CABG)perioperative caregivers,in order to improve the physical and mental health level and care ability of CABG perioperative caregivers,so as to promote the recovery of CABG patients.Methods 15 CABG caregivers were interviewed and observed using phenomenological study methods,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results Four themes were extracted,including inducing psychological stress,desire for care and support,lack of care knowledge,and access to care needs.Conclusion CABG perioperative caregivers have a general perioperative care experience and have a high demand for disease knowledge and nursing skills.While paying attention to patients,medical staff should also care about the physical and mental state of caregivers,and provide individualized and effective information and medical support,so as to improve the quality of care by caregivers,thus improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
