Research advances on extracorporeal circulation in mice model
摘要
Abstract
Extracorporeal circulation(ECC)can artificially replace part or all cardiopulmonary function of patients.It plays a crucial role in cardiac surgery and life-saving support for patients with cardiopulmonary failure.Establishing a reliable animal model of ECC is essential to explore the mechanism of ECC on the body,and lead to the optimization of clinical management strategies.Recently,mice have been selected for establishing ECC models due to their advantages,including easy availability,diverse genotypes and high reproducibility.However,there is currently no standardized protocol of mice ECC model establishment.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a literature review to provide theoretical foundations for establishing stable mice ECC model in the future.关键词
