Abstract
The topsoil in the cultivation layer is a crucial natural resource for agriculture,against the backdrop of China's high emphasis on farmland protection,the systematic construction of topsoil stripping work is particularly important.Based on the practical experience of topsoil stripping abroad and domestically,this paper summarizes the research progress of topsoil stripping abroad and the practical characteristics of topsoil stripping in China,and then summarizes the lessons that can be learned to promote the development of topsoil stripping in China from the aspects of institutional system,promotion mechanism,market model,etc.关键词
