Abstract
Lanzhou City is the central city in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the only provincial capital city that passes through the city,in order to protect the regional ecological environment,Lanzhou Section of the Yellow River Basin needs to continue ecological governance.Based on the current ecological governance measures taken in Lanzhou Section of the Yellow River Basin,this paper analyzes the main problems in ecological governance and proposes optimization strategies for ecological governance from the perspective of strong provincial capital.Overall,it is necessary to deeply implement Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization,base ourselves on the new stage of development,fully,accurately,and comprehensively implement the new development concept,accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,and deepen the comprehensive management of river basins.As an important node city in the Yellow River Basin,Lanzhou City should firmly establish the concept of"green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver",implement the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin,strictly abide by the ecological protection red line,strengthen regional ecological construction,actively explore new paths for high-quality development with regional characteristics,strive to create a leading area for ecological construction and a demonstration area for ecological governance in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,implement a strong provincial capital strategy,and strengthen the position of the central city in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.关键词
