单细胞转录组测序技术可揭示不同组织细胞间和同一组织不同细胞间的异质性,已大量用于模式物种研究,但在水产养殖物种中的应用则处于起步阶段.综述单细胞转录组测序技术在水产养殖物种的人工繁殖、良种选育和病害防控相关研究中的应用,指出其在应用过程中存在样本采集、单细胞分离、数据分析方面的困难,并提出相应的解决举措,展望其在水产养殖领域内应用的发展前景,为促进单细胞转录组测序技术在水产养殖领域的广泛应用提供参考.

Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)can reveal the heterogeneity between cells in different tissues as well as various cells in the same tissue.At present,it has been frequently used in model species,but the application in non-model species is relatively less reported,with particularly sparse reports in aquaculture species.We review the application of scRNA-seq technology in artificial reproduction,breeding,disease prevention,and control of aquaculture species.We also point out the difficulties in sample collection,single cell separation and data analysis in the application process,and propose corresponding solutions,and look forward to the development prospects of this technology within the aquaculture field.It provides a reference for promoting the widespread application of scRNA-seq technology in aquaculture species.
