Abstract
Industrial parks are not only carriers of high-quality industrial development,but also key areas for environmental pollution control and risk prevention,and implementing the ecological and environmental control measures of"three lines and one order"and planning environmental impact assessment is an important lever for industrial parks to improve their comprehensive environmental management level.Five consecutive years of tracking evaluation pilot projects have shown that the effectiveness of ecological environment zoning control and planning environmental impact assessment in industrial parks in Shanghai has been continuously improving,about 90%of park entry projects can simplify environmental impact assessment procedures,significantly optimize the business environment,and help promote high-quality development of urban industries.The tracking evaluation pilot work has significant reference significance and is worth promoting nationwide.关键词
