多方向振动能量收集装置输出特性分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Output Characteristic Analysis of Multi-directional Vibration Energy Harvester
针对一种压电振动能量收集装置输出特性展开研究,以实现多方向、宽频振动能量收集.首先,建立压电悬臂梁单自由度振动系统的微分方程,分析外激励下悬臂梁的输出响应.在此基础上,采用COMSOL建立多悬臂梁式振动能量回收装置有限元模型,并进行模态、输出电压及输出功率等分析,仿真结果表明振动能量回收装置在不同方向激励时均具有较高的电压、功率输出.此外,进一步讨论了装置的在不同方向激励下宽频输出特性,结果显示其在200~400 Hz频带范围内具有多个幅值相当的峰值.
Output characteristics of a piezoelectric vibration energy harvester are studied to realize the collection of vibration energy in multiple directions and broad frequency ranges.Firstly,the differential equation of the one-dimensional model of a piezoelectric cantilever beam is established,and the responses of the cantilever beam subjected to external excitation are obtained and analyzed.Then,a finite element model of the vibration energy harvester consisting of multiple piezoelectric cantilever beams is established by means of COMSOL,and the modals,output voltage and output power of the harvester are obtained and analyzed.The results show that the harvester can generate high voltage and power under the excitation in any different directions.Furthermore,the broadband output characteristics of the harvester under the excitation in different directions are discussed.The results show that there are multiple resonant peaks with similar amplitudes in the frequency range of 200-400 Hz..
