Abstract
In the aeroengines,the external pipeline is often used to transport the fuel,sliding oil,air and some other media between the components,it is one of the most useful parts,is the"blood vessel"of the aero-engine,and its reliability is directly related to the safety of the engine.This paper takes the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)hose of the external pipeline of the aircraft engine as the research object,and adopts the numerical calculation and analysis method to carry out the numerical simulation of hose refinement and the fatigue test of the hose in different states.The pressure load,external vibration,ambient temperature,the bending radius of the installation and some other factors on the fatigue life of the hose are analyzed.The calculations show that,the pressure load and the bending radius are the main factors affecting the reliability of the hose,and the temperature and pipe fitting twisting are the secondary factors for the reliability.关键词
