The Essential Connotation,Value Pursuit and Practical Paths of Vocational Education Teacher Training Guided by Educator Spirit

Abstract
The educator spirit is General Secretary Xi Jinping's ardent hope for all teachers.Under the guidance of the educator's spirit,the training of vocational education teachers emphasizes ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,hard-working attitude,benevolence and the pursuit of morality,etc.,which have unique essential connotations.It has distinct value pursuits in promoting the implementation of the strategy of building a strong education country,optimizing the vocational education teacher education system,improving the quality of vocational education,and enhancing the moral education ability of the vocational education teacher team.We should give full play to the leading role of the spirit of educators,optimize the top-level design of teacher training,and explore training models that integrate technology and education;build a comprehensive process system for teacher training,promote the close integration of theoretical literacy and practical abilities of dual teachers;create a social support environment for training teachers;form a collaborative effort between government,schools,and enterprises in educating students,and explore innovative paths for training vocational education teachers.关键词
