教育家精神是习近平总书记对全体教师提出的殷切希冀.在教育家精神引领下,职教教师培养强调的理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心以及弘道追求等具有独特的本质内涵,并在推动教育强国战略实施、优化职教教师教育体系、提高职业教育质量和提升职教教师队伍的立德树人能力等方面具有鲜明的价值追求.应发挥教育家精神的引领作用,通过优化教师培养顶层设计,探索技术与教育相融合的培养模式;构建教师培养的全过程体系,促进双师理论素养与实践能力紧密结合;营造培养教师的社会支持环境,形成政校企协同育人整体合力等举措,创新职教教师培养路径.

The educator spirit is General Secretary Xi Jinping's ardent hope for all teachers.Under the guidance of the educator's spirit,the training of vocational education teachers emphasizes ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,hard-working attitude,benevolence and the pursuit of morality,etc.,which have unique essential connotations.It has distinct value pursuits in promoting the implementation of the strategy of building a strong education country,optimizing the vocational education teacher education system,improving the quality of vocational education,and enhancing the moral education ability of the vocational education teacher team.We should give full play to the leading role of the spirit of educators,optimize the top-level design of teacher training,and explore training models that integrate technology and education;build a comprehensive process system for teacher training,promote the close integration of theoretical literacy and practical abilities of dual teachers;create a social support environment for training teachers;form a collaborative effort between government,schools,and enterprises in educating students,and explore innovative paths for training vocational education teachers.
