基于招生-培养-就业系统耦合的中医药本科人才培养路径研究
Research on ways of cultivating undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine based on system coupling of enrollment,cultivation and employment
摘要
Abstract
Based on the system coupling theory,the paper comprehensively reviewed the whole process of training undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and analyzed the background and status quo of the interaction among enrollment,cultivation and employment of TCM higher education.It is argued that those three aspects compose a dynamic correlation model of mutual support,mutual integration and coordinated development with the reform of national college entrance examination as the breakthrough.In view of the above,it is suggested to optimize the enrollment management,meeting the need of health services;to reform the training process,focusing on the cultivation of high-level TCM talents;and to aim at high-quality employment,benefiting training and enrollment in turn,to provide reference for sound development of undergraduate TCM education.关键词
