随着城市化进程的加快和人口的逐渐增加,餐饮业的发展如火如荼.与此同时,餐厨垃圾的产生量也呈现出快速上升的趋势.据统计,全球每年产生的餐厨垃圾超过 1.3 亿t,中国每年产生的餐厨垃圾超过2 000 万t,且年均增长率为 15%.数量庞大的垃圾对环境和社会造成严重的影响,餐厨垃圾处理是当今社会面临的一个重要环境问题.本文结合自动控制系统的理论基础和应用领域,分析自动控制系统在餐厨垃圾处理中的应用,以提高处理效率和环境友好性.研究表明,自动控制系统可以实现对餐厨垃圾处理工艺的智能管理和优化控制.

With the acceleration of urbanization and the gradual increase in population,the development of the catering industry is in full swing.At the same time,the generation of kitchen waste is also showing a rapid upward trend.According to statistics,over 130 million tons of food waste are generated globally each year,while China generates over 20 million tons of food waste each year,with an average annual growth rate of 15%.The large amount of garbage has a serious impact on the environment and society,and the treatment of kitchen waste is an important environmental problem facing today's society.Based on the theoretical foundation and application fields of automatic control systems,this paper analyzes the application of automatic control systems in the treatment of kitchen waste,in order to improve treatment efficiency and environmental friendliness.Research has shown that automatic control systems can achieve intelligent management and optimized control of kitchen waste treatment processes.
