水力计算对于采暖系统设计至关重要,是保证采暖系统达到设计要求、节能运行的关键.摩擦阻力系数的正确选取对于最终计算结果有直接的影响.在采暖系统中,紊流区常用的摩擦阻力系数计算公式为柯列波洛克公式,但其函数表达式是隐函数,在计算时需要迭代,工程设计时使用起来很不方便.刘德忠公式是显函数表达式,计算求取较为方便.本文利用刘德忠公式对热水采暖系统进行计算,验证刘德忠公式对热水采暖系统摩擦阻力计算的适用性,从而确保采暖系统设计科学,实现节能运行.

Hydraulic calculation is crucial for heating system design,as it is crucial to ensure that the heating system meets design requirements and operates with energy efficiency.The correct selection of friction coefficient has a direct impact on the final calculation result.In heating systems,the commonly used formula for calculating the friction resistance coefficient in turbulent areas is Colebrook's formula,but its function expression is an implicit function that requires iteration during calculation,making it inconvenient to use in engineering design.Liu Dezhong's formula is an explicit function expression,which is more convenient to calculate and obtain.This paper uses Liu Dezhong's formula to calculate the friction resistance of hot water heating systems,verifying the applicability of Liu Dezhong's formula in calculating the friction resistance of hot water heating systems,thereby ensuring the scientific design of heating systems and achieving energy-saving operation.
