Abstract

Under the background of the national pro-motion of"Industrial Internet+safety production",dual prevention and intelligent construction of the im-plementation of risk hierarchical management and control and hidden danger investigation and manage-ment,in order to reduce the safety production risks of offshore oil and gas production platforms,and ensure the immediacy and accuracy of the acquisition of risk early warning information by"first-line platform-oper-ating company-branch(sub-)company-headquar-ters",a chain offshore oil safety risk monitoring and early warning system of"risk → hidden danger →accident"was established.The offshore oil security risk monitoring and early warning system aiming at dynamic monitoring and hierarchical management of risks was developed,the original monitoring and mo-nitoring system of offshore oil and gas production plat-form was fully utilized to monitor various types of se-curity risks,and the risk prediction was carried out through the real-time risk calculation and comprehen-sive early warning model.Standardized closed-loop risk management and control of risk identification,risk early warning,risk monitoring,risk treatment,and processing result feedback were realized,effec-tively improving the ability to control safety risks of offshore platforms.
