摘要

Abstract

In order to analyze the anti-explosion per-formance of corrugated structure under gas cloud explo-sion load and reduce the casualties and property losses in explosion accidents,a numerical simulation model of corrugated structure based on Johnson-Cook model and CONWEP governing equation was established,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by gas ex-plosion test.By adjusting the parameters of corrugated plate thickness,slope depth and wave width,the dy-namic response of corrugated structure under gas explo-sion was analyzed.The results showed that the deforma-tion of corrugated plate was negatively correlated with thickness t and slope depth h,and positively correlated with wave width L1 and slope width L2.Among them,the influence of thickness t was the most significant,followed by slope depth h,and wave width L1 and slope width L2 were less.The research results can provide technical support for the antiknock design of high-per-formance corrugated structures.
