Abstract
Starting from the concept of risk warning,the difference between risk warning and risk monito-ring,various risk warning ideas and existing problems applied by domestic and foreign enterprises in prac-tice were comprehensively sorted out.The needs of enterprises for forward-looking risk warning were e-laborated on,and the work ideas of risk warning and its specific applications in pollutant emission manage-ment were explored and summarized.关键词
