IL-37在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of IL-37 in invasive breast carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of IL-37 and its clinical significance in invasive breast carcinoma(IBC).Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with invasive breast carcinoma diagnosed in Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from January 26,2014 to June 19,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of IL-37 in IBC was detected by immunohistochemical method,and its correlation with Nottingham histological grading(hereinafter referred to as histological grading),molecular subtypes,histological type,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),cell proliferating nuclear antigen(Ki-67),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),and age were analyzed.Results:The results showed that the expression of IL-37 was negative in 10 cases(9.61%),low in 25 cases(24.04%),and high in 69 cases(66.35%)in IBC.The expression of IL-37 in IBC was positively correlated with the expression of ER(r=0.468,P＜0.001)and PR(r=0.354,P=0.002),and negatively correlated with Ki-67(r=-0.324,P=0.001),EGFR(r=-0.388,P=0.001),histological grading(r=-0.557,P＜0.001)and molecular subtypes(r=-0.521,P＜0.001).There was no significant correlation between IL-37 and histological type,HER2 expression,and age(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The expression of IL-37 is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of IBC,such as the expression of hormone receptors,histological grading and molecular subtypes.关键词
