Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress informed that education,science and technology,and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a modern socialist China.Three of them are an organic unity that interact and promote each other.As a basic link,education is the key to the good operation of the body.This paper discussed the principles and methods of cultivating people and shaping themselves for college teachers.Hundred years'policy,education for this,the education policy,the teacher for this.As a teacher,we should follow the command of the Communist Party,be responsible for our own work,strengthen responsibility consciousness,shoulder the mission and forge ahead with enterprise.关键词
