Discussion of issues related to the development of gas power generation industry in Sichuan province

Abstract
Layout and construction of gas power generating units can enhance the level of safe and stable supply of electricity.Gas power generation can play a role in preserving supply at peak times,and can provide bottom-up protection in extreme situations.Gas power generation in Sichuan province still has such problems as no guaranteed gas source,weak scheduling and operation of gas units,mismatch between gas supply capacity of the pipeline network and gas demand of gas-fired power projects,inconformity between gas power generating value and prices,unified supply of equipment,and irrational design of the access system,etc.In view of the existing problems,the article puts forward the establishment of gas power generation guarantee mechanism,speeding up the implementation of the"two-part"tariff,improving the natural gas market system,optimizing the scheduling and operation of gas units,and guarding against the risk of centralized supply of five specific measures for the healthy development of gas power generation in Sichuan province.关键词
