水淬锰渣-炉渣-石灰石复合微粉的活性试验
Activation of superfine-powder admixture of water-cooled manganese,slag-furnace and slag-limestone

Abstract
The activation index of water quenched manganese slag powder and slag powder after physical excita-tion is studied,and the suitable specific surface area of water quenched manganese slag and slag is determined in this paper.Then the chemical excitation test of water-cooled manganese slag-slag-limestone composite powder is carried out by using gypsum,quicklime and sodium silicate as three activators.The effects of single excitation and compound excitation on composite powders are studied respectively.The results show that the optimum spe-cific surface area of water quenched manganese slag and slag are 470 and 410 m2/kg,respectively,when the powders are physically excited.When the compound powder is chemically excited,the best excitation effect is obtained by using gypsum content accounting for 4%of the total compound powder and quicklime content ac-counting for 1%of the total compound powder,and the activity index of the compound powder is the highest.At this time,the activity index of the compound powder is 55.7%for 7 d and 78.3%for 28 d,both reaching the S75 standard.关键词
