On Innovative Development Mechanism and Path for Digital Empowered Circulation in Rural Areas under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract
Building a high-level circulation system in rural areas is crucial to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,accelerate agricultural and rural modernization,and foster new drive force for the domestic circulation.Digital empowerment is an important path to drive the high-quality develop-ment of circulation in rural areas.This paper analyzes the mechanism of digital empowerment in rural circulation,as well as its current situation and problems,and puts forward the specific path.digital technology can empower circulation in rural areas by reshaping the traditional patterns of circula-tion mode,creating new business forms of circulation,and integrating elements to optimize the industrial chain.As to the problems,which rural circu-lation is facing at present,such as inadequate digital infrastructure,insufficient data integration and sharing,inadequate value mining and utilization of data elements,lacking digital application talents,and weak digital capacity of circulation subjects,this paper proposes some countermeasures to pro-mote the digital transformation and development of rural circulation:strengthening the digital construction of rural circulation entities,rapidly improving rural digital circulation infrastructure,enhancing the mining and application of rural circulation data,and strengthening the construction of digital circu-lation environment and service system in rural areas.关键词
